Definitely not. After Ken cheated, he ran away to hide in the rural area with Yuki and continue to cheat and lie to Ethan. Honestly Ken doesn’t deserve Ethan.

Nathan on the other hand just left the food that he had bought for Ethan to his bedside table, before deciding to leave the room of his brother. He stayed at the door thinking if he really did the right thing of agreeing to the plan of Elise or not.
