"My nipples are darker and larger." Haneul blurts out making his mate almost choke on his own saliva. Sangcheol peeks at the doctor who doesn't look like he is affected by the statement in ways that he expected. Instead, Minwoo is taking it seriously. And damn, his serious face is handsome.

"Larger? The bud, or the surrounding?" He asks and Haneul answers, looking at Sangcheol for confirmation. After all, he didn't realize it himself until his mate pointed it out to him, he might be exaggerating things from his own paranoia. "Protruding?"

"Yup…"

"Any discharges?" Haneul stares at his mate who lifts both his shoulders. Sangcheol doesn't know because he just realized it yesterday as well. And if his omega doesn't know about it, it is safe to assume that it doesn't happen because, discharges are easy to detect.

"You have any nausea? Vomiting lately?" A shake of the head. "What 'bout increase in appetite?"
