Yes, in Damien's case he did warn Grace but Vincent too gave Marceline options also their father did but instead she chose to cling onto her selfish unnecessary pride. In fact, Vincent was being lenient and tried makin her understand but Marceline's thick and prideful skull couldn't get it
Not at all, for someone who feel righteous in everything they does without considering others especially harming the innocent ones for her selfish satisfaction, i feel Vincent did less and also not to forget the way Marceline detest her birth mother who died trying to save her children, and also the utmost disrespect. Gosh, i wish i could do it with my own hands arrrgh!
After reading last 3-4 chapters i find Lady Annalise to be really good, though she doesn't like people from lower class(which is understandable), she also dont held any injustice and she loves her family dearly, though they're her step children she loves and respect them equally. I think this why Vincent didn't had any objection when his father decided to marry Lady Annalise. And also i was eagerly waiting for defanging part, and now it is done i can rejoice
i've never written any review for any novel i've read so far, but this one actually got me to write it. I'm not much of person who can express their emotions beautifully immaculately but the only thing i'd like to pen is that 'this novel could easily be adapted into movie or series' and this is how much i liked it💜
