There's no near omnipotent or omnipotent being in DxD (Draconic Deus) even ExE (Evie Etoulde) universe is very powerful only because the gods there are semi-machine (semi-mechanical life forms). ExE (Evie Etoulde) is just a very powerful world ruled by a powerfull semi-machine god warlord that learned of Issei world because of one of the villains and started planning to invade it.

That will destroy this story if true. In the first place the main story of fairy tail as long ago derailed because of the amount of crossovers. Also if the author does make or add self inserted/reincarnated persons (other than the mc) the readers that are reading his novel will riot. You don't seem to understand how many readers hate to see other self inserted/reincarnated individuals (other than the mc) added just for the author to add for extra "plot" in a already plot heavy story like fairy tail.

The first and second volume were good but the third is just getting longer and longer while being extremely boring the author even said that volume 3 will end soon and that was 8 months ago in a comment . Haru is hiding his power because the so called constellation would not like that at least that is the excuse the author gives. Not only that when asked the author always says that Haru would stop hiding his powers soon. Soon when? we are 119 chapters in volume 3 and he is still hiding his power and getting pushed around.

Arifureta and Arifureta zero novels are finished so you could easily write a fanfic about it. Arifureta zero is about the dungeon creators that fought the god of that world before canon. Also the side/after stories after the novel finished are translated in english on bakapervert.
