This story is a pathetic amalgamation of modern day morals being imposed upon a medieval world by and idiotic IMMORTAL mc who for some reason balks at the thought of any death and is incapable of being anything but a child despite being an adult. it disappoints me that it’s so highly rated for no good reason. Sick of books like these that have such amazing potential, just to be ruined by an mc having such a meaningless obsession with 21st century morals despite knowing the future and having the power of a god. if i could give its 0/5 stars i would. Author i don’t know who enjoys such shit and boring mcs but if you were to rewrite something similar with this great premise, but not such a morally unambiguous and retarded mc then i would undoubtedly rate it far higher. could barely get through having to read his fucking retarded decisions.

Good, his descendant should do that and free the iron throne from the clutches of the dornish half breed.
It also seems a horrible idea to have a branch of House Targaryen in each of the Free Cities, in the long run, it will lead to a Dance of Dragons part two. I would rather use an unrelated family to take control and pacify each of the Free Cites to make sure they don't individually grow in power. Especially while the Iron Throne itself does not have dragons, I may be doing my own thing in Essos but I won't screw over my family in the West. Easily a descendent of myself with a big dragon could randomly decide he or she wants to take the Iron Throne if the King or Queen does not have a dragon. - Just_Some_Guy_7mthCommented
