Tights' age was 36 as she was born at age 720. Their personalities are moulded after their DB and Dbz counterparts so age didn't play much of a role. For example, Bulma's childishness and chichi’s over-worried nature will be playing more of a role in shaping their future personalities than their age and experiences as we all know they can be very stubborn at times.
