And how does he know how to cast this spell and enchant into the medallion. Who taught it to him? Is reading a book enough to be able to do everything by himself after reincarnation? Where did he get the energy required to cast such a spell on someone so powerful? He can do it just because he wants to?

That argument would work if he was from this world but he's a reincarnator and has read the book, so he should know what to say and what not to. He should also know about mind magic in the books. This is more like you forcing the mistakes in the name of "character development".

What's the point of a Pokemon fanfic if he can only catch Pokemon with certain types. It just takes the fun out of the entire story. Just imagine that out of all the types out there and of all the amazing Pokemons, he can only catch Pokemon with Dark/Flying typing. If that's not completely BS I don't know what is!

Isn't that basically a nerf? Like it says you can only catch and train a certain type of Pokemon and if you catch other types, you won't get good results even of you train them well. At this point, this doesn't even feel like a Pokemon fanfic anymore with all these extra bs over complicating things to the extreme.

That's not true at all. Crobat has a base stats of 535 and a Dragonite has a base stats of 600.

Dude, just use the Pokemon name please. It's so confusing and weird to read random names for Pokemon. It's also difficult to remember and it messes with your visualization. Just saying Zubat is much better than constantly referring it by the nickname.
