I've been corrupted by the internet, you think boring normal humans are attractive on a regular basis?
Except killing them... But then again, the ones that say not to kill them... kill them, so... Anything goes!
Open like a Notes app, and in the pages, put the positives and the negatives of going there. With how he is currently, would he survive? Or would he get the eye of some random powerful being, and just be snuffed? What could he gain from going to such a universe? What could he lose if he isn't powerful enough? When these are answered (if you want to count them), and more (your own questions); then you can have it in a list of best chances to worst, then he can go to first, before going on to the others. You could even have him, in the story, debating which world to go to; with a whole bunch of other future worlds, that you want him to go to, and overall set up a long part of the story. Which you can change later on, via "unforeseen" events (aka, you change your mind on what world he should go to).
Ah, so the others are wyverns (dragons with four limbs, two wings and two back claws), while cannibal is a western dragon (six limbs, two wings, two front claws, and two back claws). No wonder they eat the others, wyverns are normally seen as lesser dragons; and as such snacks to real dragons, or minions/pests.
Considering what he has access to, I honestly thought that he would go to somewhere like [Monster Hunter], or [How To Train Your Dragon], If he wanted one (or multiple). He could keep them in something like the suitcase that he made for his girls, although it'll probably take more materials; and need to be bigger, (maybe a shipping container would work (the big ones, unless he uses pym particles on them)) both for the bigger dragons to be able to get in. And because of how much space they would need to fly, an' overall have fun
Side note, did he eat the alpha? Because if not, that meat is rottening away; next to the females that he earned, yet left.
Is it Heat season already?
You did let Fate, Destiny, and whatnot, have a whole bunch of things to empower. Since the tribulation laws were to restore the luck debt to fate and destiny, so fate an' Destiny have latched onto those; because it's more direct than having the future of the person be absolutely terrible. So, it makes sense, that even though you created them. You can't even control them, because the fundamental concepts/forces have taken what you made. And made them better/affect everything, including yourself.
