You are forgetting something very important, this Qianye Ying'er has her cultivation sealed while her beauty didn't really affect MC. Basically she is completely powerless and helpless. Gareth might be lacking in other stats but his Strength and Endurance has always been S-class so he is still superior to Luke due to level gap. Remember that Luke hasn't find a way to surpass S999, unlike Bell. And while prana can boost physical condition, Gareth has his own skill to increase physical strength and endurance. So overall in Strength and Endurance, Gareth is still ahead of Luke.
