I never said anything about unlocking chakra I’m comparing chakra to physically working out or training in a fighting discipline your posture will naturally improve Same thing with chakra control No use = slugish, lazy, or even stagnant In use = smooth flowing, or highly active Unlocking is bull I agree with you there, but it would make some sense for there to be a difference between civilians and ninja other then chakra levels
