I have read up to ch 1000, and can tell you that this novel... is interesting. Positives: MC is extremely driven, I can tell the author was probably inspired by RI. No harem or romance thankfully. The updates are also very frequent, so thank you author for that. I enjoyed it but that doesn't mean it isn't without deep flaws, the characters feel extremely one dimensional, and truthfully, quite stupid. You would think that after thousands of years of life with a mind working at billions of times the speed of mortals, the powerful mages would be extremely shrewd and scheming, with the ability to put aside various ideas for personal benefits. This is not the case. Spoiler Alert: the emperors, beings of the ninth realm, act like hormonal teenagers. Even worse, they were said to gain their powers in a time of constant war and strife. So why are they such idiots?
