Yeah. I mixed it up back then, so I'd appreciate if you will find comemnt on it ;)
Argh, thanks for reminding me. I completely forgot to correct this one since I had a busy schedule at that time.
Refer to my latest comment. I thought you were asking about the 'Dark Era' instead of the nightmare (idk what I thought at that time). So yeah, Juggernaut event happened first then the 27th floor nightmare. Astraea Familia were already wiped out when the 27th floor nightmare happened (where Filvis was only one of the few survivors).
I know this is late, but the 27th floor nightmare and the Astraea Familia event (Juggernaught) are two different things.
Yeah. The 27th floor nightmare and the juggernaught incident were two different things. The nightmare one (actually) was time when Evilus remnants set up a trap and a bunch of pass parades (leading to Filvis becoming a creature). Meanwhile, the juggernaught is the trap created by Rudra Familia that wanted to blow up an entire floor to kill Astraea Familia, but they summoned a juggernaught instead. I apologize if I hadn't answered your inquiries as clearly as this (and I thought you're asking about another separate event, the Evilus, Zald, and Alfia chaos one).
No, there was just something 'limiting' him back then. Falna simply released those limits and made his talents shine.
I read the LN through their digital versions. Those might be the fan-translated ones (since official translations took longer to get released at that time).
They didn't die during the 27th Floor Nightmare. They were, in fact, the survivors of it. The entire "Astraea Familia" light novel told a story of the nightmare (basically Evilus, Zald, and Alfia's collab to make things as chaotic as possible). They died within the juggernaught incident with the Rudra Familia.
But yeah, if my current knowledge is correct, volts aren't that dangerous as you could get struck by lightning and still live (since that is the 'flow of electricity'). It wouldn't matter if you're standing on a ground that distributes it (as opposed of actually letting your body keep it). That way, electricity only went through you. Ofc, that will still cause disabilities (aftereffects of electricity passing through the body) but I guess it's still better than straight up dying. So, that was the reason why people in the sea die instantly; since they are standing in saltwater, a conductor of electricity. Your body and the surrounding saltwater will get cooked (as opposed to standing on a ground that better absorbs electricity).
Yeah. There's a reason why I almost failed my AP Physics class back then xD
Because tbh, these acts of his would actually make sense in his later character development (before this arc ends). It was supposed to be hints of his last bits of immaturity (basically Satoru-like arrogance) before he gets everything in order (since next arcs would be serious). That way, he'd seem to have fully grown up from the start of this fic. (Yes, these few things are supposed to be hints in my notes).
Well, sorry for that one. The coming battle with the Olympian gods is an overkill tho (one poof and they're gone). As for the fights where he has the absolute advantage, there'll be more of it in the later chaps (when MC gains his power-up in this world as well as the next power up). The prior chapters is basically MC 'playing around' due to his strength (then again, it won't happen again since the tune of the coming chaps are extremely serious).
Because, in the end, what Archer had was his 'shock factor' that enabled him to replicate weapons that he sees (or something used within his UBW Reality Marble). At least, it would've caught the otherworlder off guard (except for MC).
...Archer wouldn't be weak with the buffs that Alaya gave him. If he could project Ea and still get defeated, the chances of winning would be low. At least, MC's [Infinity] got scoped out as well as his current strength (despite not using his full strength to deal with him). Archer could be said to be a very versatile CG with his ability (since he could actually replicate weapons even from other worlds). It was unfortunate for him that MC did not even use weapons to defeat him. When it comes to dealing with 'otherworlders', Archer would seem as a flexible choice with enough strength to force out/gauge the said otherworlder's power.
So far, the story seems interesting. If done right, the foreshadowing/hints planted in the earlier chapters might be something more interesting. I'll be looking forward to the future chapters. As many would say, "Thanks for the chapter."
What a way with words.
Alaya is not that dumb. Even if Emiya was defeated, it would've done two things: 1.) Scope out Nobu's strength; and 2.) Scope out his intentions (on whether he plans to use the grail to change locked history). That way, it'll be able to cope for the next time he visits the Fate World.
'fairy' was just a term for that (Phantasmal beings such as Incubus). If anyone is getting confused I'll just straight up say that.
