no they dont, if they had, they would win. also, survival of the fittest doesnt necessarily provide the best minds for large scale battles. more than likely the light faction has better strategic thinking due to more politics and multilayer problem solving. also keeping an old smart guy alive to use his brain would only happen with the light side.
