Well i dont want to make it complicated but if the company is public, which I assume it isnt, then he basically is part of the board giving him voting power to sell the company if he can find a buyer, also look at the other shareholder

Well what I'm saying is that rich people are put on pedestals like people expecting them to donate a lot of money to charity even though we don't donate even a fraction of what they donate but instead of valuing there money on value we value it with percentages
And at the end of it all, they would be asked, "If you're that rich, why not take care of those people's pensions and funeral expenses as well?!"
