I mean, is 5% worldwide a lot? I dunno how they got these statistics to begin with, but 5% of 8 billion over the entire planet is... 400 million? China has a population of 1.42 billion, so they'd have, at best, 7.1 million if we apply that statistic locally instead of globablly. Assuming that most of those people die, and spread over such a large space, I... would not advise taking that risk.

ffs, why? just make Beastmaster stages = beast stages, don't make it so complex. He's a Middle Stage Legendary Beastmaster is so much easier than He's an A Grade Beastmaster with a Warrior beast in the Final Stage or some BS! It's not that hard.

Above-average idea, below-average writing. Lots of potential, but the writer clearly needs a ton more practice before being able to pull of what he wants; as it is, the style is inconsistent, sentences are often repetitive, and the descriptions, details, world-building and so forth are done in an odd, jarring manner. The only reason the WQ gets 2 stars is because I've seen far worse on this site. Great idea, though.
