Being F means he is still within human limits. F+ to F+++ means he has reached the pinnacle of human limits with external stimuli such as cheap rip-offs of Super Soldier Serums or something like that. From E onwards, he has surpassed human limits. Captain America should be somewhere in D++ to C in his physical stats due to SSS.

Overall, this was a wate of time. Initially, I thought it would be a good one but like always, the translated fanfiction showed its true colors. Like always, after some chapters, the system suddenly disappears. MC, who was supposed to be an ordinary guy, starts becoming arrogant and reckless, but mostly he acts senselessly. There is a lot of racism, mostly for Nick Fury, and also for bald characters. The authors says how MC wouldn't harm anyone who hasn't provoked him, but then he orders his AI to kidnap two people and many prisoners for research purposes, just because they were evil, according to him. Additionally, he starts shooting Natasha in her thighs and abdomen just because Nick Fury ordered her to spy on him. And then he further goes to say that he had been too kind on them and should have killed a few atleast. Anyway, my rating is only 1.8 stars, because of the translator and the update stability.

Well, since this is the entire Pokémon world and not just limited to Kanto as in the anime, Misty realises the importance of Gyarados. Also, Mega Evolution already exists, thus, further increasing Gyarados' importance.

You know what? Although I love harem, I cannot actually write one. And Gary is more or less based on my personality. He is mature and caring and has a soft spot for cute pokémon. Although he may behave childish sometimes, but it won't put anyone in harm.
