Compared to some others I've seen, this novel is far better then the rest. It tells a very captivating and different side of the possible world. The progress is good and steady. The character development is decent so far. The main thing though in the relationship with the pokemon. This has to be one of the most in depth personality and development of the story. Instead of always being slaves on Xanax 24/7 they have understandable emotions. And the power gap is done very well between the weak and the strong. There's actual reasons people are in the gyms and elite 4. All in all it's a more realistic but not gross fanfic. 8/10

Now I dropped pretty early, chapter 17. But that was already giving it a second chance. This is some of the most unreadable shit I have ever witnessed. Every relationship he has with every single thing feels like a literal npc encounter. "Hey, your really beautiful. Wow thank you. Lets fuck." Its some of the most hyper virgin shit I've seen. The relationship with the pokemon is shallower then the one I have with my unhatched togepi egg on heartgold. I never thought I would find something more unrealistic then the anime or the games. And that's barely beginning on the sexual encounters. I like some spice in my stories every so often but holy shit. I can't fucking taste anything anymore. The amount of hentai with a better story then this is shocking. If you meant this to be a smut adult novel then fine. But it's not. I like characters who have flaws. I also like characters who have anything honorable about them. This character has the personality of my grandpa's chevy Vega. Fucking up almost everything it can. It was barely tolerable till he started cucking random married people. Now, for a little disclosure. Yes this is a fanfiction novel where it's meant to feed the authors inner desire. And yes its not real. That doesn't mean this isn't cringy, gross, boring, hard to understand, and a. fucking. wet. mess. Now I wouldn't even bother writing this if perhaps you put half of this shit in the FUCKING DISCRIPTION. Reading about an old man reincarnation I expected some more wholesome shit compared to the porn convention I witnessed. Note to anyone considering this series. It's not all bad. If you like the smut and mature stories then this would be good for you. The sex scenes are not terrible. And apparently he covers multiple regions( though i have not read near that far). In conclusion my thoughts on the first 17 chapters.... Horny virgin author liked pokemon and wanted to get his isekai powerfix.
