This is a great story. Believable characters that behave logically (for themselves). The world building is only par for the course, but many are worse (IMO). The regularity of updates also leaves something to be desired.All in all an enjoyable find.

25 chapters in, and still reading. This is not the best story ever written. But it's still pretty good. The storytelling and writing are acceptable.

Agreed on the 95%. Unless a law is both passed and ruthlessly enforced, it's impossible for 95% of the population to do anything but breathe. However the 20M illness is much more believable. Medical care is outrageously expensive in some countries. And the price just keeps increasing. So in 2100AD it's not that far fetched for it to be that much.
