Any recommendations for books similar to this? I just need a book with Atleast cultivation and a male mc

One of the few books I’ve almost finished although I’ve read over 40 different novels by now with majority having over 1k chapters this should be the second I’ve got it to this state with. The other got canceled on it’s sequel unfortunately, back to my revivew though. This is a great book but if you read this far you’re probably wondering why I gave the writing quality 3 stars no? This damnable book that I love so much is just this close 🤏 to being a offbrand naruto, like I swear with all of the flashbacks you’d wonder if the creators of the two were friends. Plus don’t get me started on the detailing. I’ve always wondered what my book would look like if I made one but I know I cant remember so many details to be consistent, I would even forget character names fast. but this author has the nerve to explain everything every chance he gets. A small fight can end up becoming 4 whole chapters because the author wanted to explain the reason gravis thought the way he thought like geez. ANyways I’m currently on chapterrrrr 1319, spoiler~~~~~>(gravis remaining friends and maybe family should number in the single digits by the end )

I started reading this book when it had around 400-600 chapters so once/if your new book reaches close to that amount of chapters I’ll try it out. I just hope it isn’t mostly filler

Acting like a hero? Where I’v never seen mc act like a hero anywhere in this novel, all the kids he’s “saved” have been given a choice to stay on the streets or follow him whole heartedyly and when some of those kids decided to betray him he’s killed them without any hesitation, that’s the only thing I can think of when you try to call him some type of hero and a simp and doormat? While he definitely seems to care for his women a lot I’ve never seen them even try to run over him/ disrespect him so where are you getting that from? not the best argument

I completely agree, say for instance birth of the demonic sword. The mc is evil but not unnecessarily evil, he does everything for power and for his own gain with little compassion in his heart. This mc on the other hand is just evil to be evil and personally I’m not for it. Idk I might come back to this book in the future when or if I run out of other books to read but it’s not for me right now

Did you miss the chapter they had the conversation in? It was when who I call the god of darkness protected long Chen from who I call the god of light. Long Chen was sent to the bloodline temple and long tian explained how most of his soul was in the bloodline temple and a small part of it was in his body and how he saw everything happening. I forgot the chapter but it’s all there
