A little late to this but I’m assuming that while his chakra is at Jonin level, he himself is not. He is obviously much weaker than a jonin at his current stage, the only thing “jonin” about him is his chakra capacity.

So if I do the math: X = current luck stat Normal luck = 100 100(1.1)^X for luck stat. At level 10 that’s like 2.5* regular luck. At 25 that more than 10* regular luck
