Not overpowered just powerful enough to be considered powerful. Even with all those perks, he would probably struggle in a one vs one against Sauron. If you want a good comparison, The MC is about as powerful as Glorfindel... if you don't know who that is just google it, He's one of the greatest fighters to ever step foot in Middle Earth.
