Basically the 9 questions he asked are unlocked as he goes up power relms. The only question he remembers currently is the 1st one for the current starting power relm. Once he enters the 2nd relm then he will rememember his second question and so on

I know the plot later on has you frustrated, but I think that if you are going to point out what frustrates you then you should also put what you enjoy about the series. The fact that you made it to ch. 43 means that you (probably?) liked the series up until then.
