Graymatter and Brainstorm aren't smart enough to bypass the Omnitrix security system. Graymatter isn't as smart as Azmuth since there intelligence is also to be influenced by their age. So, a 21 year Graymatter isn't on Azmuth level, Brainstorm species are intelligence is only inferior to Graymatter species. As for Ben son Ken hacking the Omnitrix, that because his Omnitrix was created by Ben using his smartest alien.
