He might have to put, some time in creating cosmetic makeup to cover up anymore injuries in the future.

Anyway his really good in ignore things he finds irritable, a skill his picked up working with a bunch of self important people. However, this was a bad habit of his, he in the future couldn't continue appearing bruised and bartered in public. Especially, in front of his own employees, he needed to consider his currrent position.

His identity as a super powered hero, couldn't be easily revealed publicly for the time being. He isn't Tony Stark who is stupidly wealthy, as well as being an important pillar for the country.

From what his has learned even after, disbanding the weapons division of Stark Industries. It is still one of the top most profitable company in the world.

Which is a little infuriating for Ben as he couldn't buy up any stock at the moment because of it. Unless he had at least several billion of dollars laying around, enough to convince one of the owners to sell their company stock to him.

As Stark Industries is currently in a bit of a slump at the moment. He even heard rumors of certain owners thinking of selling of their shares of the company. As Tony Stark seemed more interested in playing hero with his battle armor.

Which many shareholders wanted him to sell to the military even if it is just one or two. As Stark is currently the only person, in the world who could make such an advance suit of armor. This made it difficult to buy up any stock, since Stark Industries is a privately owned company.

Which would require him to not just convince the shareholders, but the board members of the company. To allow him to become part of the company, private group of shares holders.

Ben continued guiding the new employees as he had such thoughts before, he heard a childish voice calling him.

" Excuse me Mr. Tennyson. "

Hearing this voice, Ben turned around and looking down at Josh, Angelina son staring up at him.

" Yes." Ben asked, wondering what he wanted.

" Mom told me to call you to her office for a talk. " Josh explained, as he looked at Ben.

Who scratched his head in annoyance as he had wanted to brush off. A potential lecture from his partner, by showing her how busy he was in working on the Promax project.

" Alright, tell her I'll come see her in five minutes. " Replied Ben before turning around to continue guiding, Erin their lead engineer in understanding on certain aspects of the hardware.

Josh instead of leaving continue to watch, waiting for Ben as talked with Erin. Ben glance over at Josh who seemed to be waiting for him, instead of going back to the office first.

Ben wanted to say something but, quickly decided to just finish his explanation, before meeting Angelina in the office. Finally, after five minutes Ben went back to his shared office, where Angelina proceeded to lecture him for several minutes.

Two years later. In the darkness of deep space a dark clad figure in black began to speak in a horse voice.

" The Tesseract has awaken. It is on a little world. A human world. They would wield its power but, our alley know its working as they, never will. "

" He is ready to lead and our force. Our Chitauri will follow. The world will be his and the universe you'res." As these words were spoken a loud chatting could be heard. Echoing in the darkness of space.

Loki the god of tricks, took a hold of the septa not, noticing his own eyes turning pitch black as, he held it in his hands. " Now go and retrieve the Tesseract and the world will be you'res to rule."

Said The Other (portrayed by Alexis Denisof) the grim leader of an alien race called the Chitauri. A servant of Thanos who uses telepathic powers.

Asgard Ian's such as Loki had strong minds and wills. Even with his power and the power of the mind stone. Inside the septa he was barely able to manipulate the mind of Loki.

It wasn't just because Loki had a incredibly strong mind but, The Other himself couldn't control the full power of the mind stone perfectly.

Otherwise he wouldn't need to keep the septa, close to the Asgard Ian prince to maintain his control over the god of mischief.

Seeing Loki off, a creepy smile appeared on his grey skinned face. Revealing dark yellow brown teeth.

Meanwhile, back on earth a helicopter flew passed a small mountain into a large base. Located in the semi desert area. As a loudspeaker boomed.

" All personnel please evacuation order has been confirmed. Proceed to you're designated vehicle for off campus evacuation this is not a drill." The voice from the base speaker continued to repeat the order.

As the black helicopter flew into the base it began landing. On an lite area of glowing lights as an agent wearing sunglasses in the middle of the night. Stood waiting as the helicopter landed on the ground.

Immediately after landing a sexy woman wearing a black tight skinned black S.H.I.E.D outfit came out first. Before a tall black man wearing all black, with a black eyepatch over his left eye. Jumped off the chopper, his long black leather trench coat floated is he stepped out of the helicopter.

NICK FURY the director of SHIELD a super secret organizations. That dealt with the extraordinary that normal law enforcement couldn't handle.

The agent wearing sunglasses in the middle of the night approached the black man with an eyepatch over one of his eye. " How, bad is it. " Fury asked in a commanding tone. Over the sound of the helicopter rotating blades.

" That just it sir. We don't know." Replied Coulson as he removed his sunglasses.

To which Fury tilted his head up slightly at those words. The three entered an elevator leading down beneath the base agent Phil Carlson began his debriefing as he and Maria Hill followed Fury down the hall.

As people ran around the base trying to evacuate as quickly as possible. " Dr Selvig read an energy surge form the Tesseract four hours ago. " Colson explain

" Nelson didn't authorize several decode tests phase? " Fury asked as he and agent Coulson walked side by side. Maria following the two from behind as they walked.

" He wasn't testing it, he wasn't even in the room. A spontaneous event." He answered Fury. At these words Fury stopped in the middle of his stride and turned at Colson with a serious expression.

" It just turned itself on?" Questioned Hill, from behind the two.

" Where are the energy levels now?" Fury asked as they continued moving through the base.

" Calming. Once Selvig release he couldn't shut it down he ordered the evacuation. " Explained Carlson, as they got closer to the room where they held the Tesseract.

" How long till the campus clear? " Fury asked.

"In the next half hour. " Replied agent Carlson to Fury's question.

" Do better. " Fury commanded with a tone of finality as he continued walking. Carlson stopped before turning around to quicken the evacuation order. While Maria Hill followed Fury down a flight of stairs.

" Sir evacuation maybe futile." Hill explained as she and Fury went down the stairs.

" Should I tell them to go back to sleep? " Fury questioned sarcastically at Maria's words.

" If we can't control the Tesseract energy there may not be a minimum safe distance. " Continued Hill, as they finally got off the stairs leading into the room holding the Tesseract.

Turning around to look Fury give his orders, " I need you to make sure the phase two prototypes are shipped out." Ignoring Hill statement, before turning around to continued walking as he gave her, another task to handle.

Leaving Hill stunned at his command, " Sir, is that really a priority right now? " She questioned Fury.

Fury turning around to face, Hill once again. " Until such time as the world ends will act as though it intend to spin on. Clear out the tech below. Every piece of phase two on a truck and gone. " Fury explained as he held onto the step railing. His words leaving no room for further, questioning.

" Yes sir. " Replied Hill a bit of disappointment sipping through her words, before walking pass her boss to do as she was told. Fury watched her leave with two other agents.

" Talk to me doctor. " Said Fury in a loud voice as he walked into the room.

As a middle age man wearing blue jeans and a long sleeve blue shirt, with black and white straps. A long with a dark blue tie, turned around to look at Fury who entered the room.

" Directory." Greeted Dr. Selvig as he walked towards Fury. As another scientist in a lab coat wearing sunglasses. Stood near a machine that held the Tesseract.

" Is there anything we know for certain. " Asked Fury as he walked towards Nelson.

" The Tesseract is misbehaving. " Explained Dr. Selvig as he met eyes with Fury. Who at this moment had an unamused expression on his face.

" Is that supposed to be funny? " Fury questioned in his usual serious tone. His single eye staring down on Selvig, who became a little nervous.

" Not at all. " He quickly answered, " The Tesseract is not only active she behaving. "

Before turning around again, as he walked along side Fury toward the Tesseract. " How soon till we pull the plug?" Asked Fury.

" She's an energy source we turn off the power, she turns it back on. She reaches peak level..." Selvig pause is sentence not waiting to imagine that scenario.

" We prepared for this Doctor. Harnessing energy from space." Fury said, as he looked at Doctor Selvig as he stopped walking.

" We don't have the harness. My calculations are far from complete. She's throwing off interference radiation, nothing harmful low levels of gamma radiation."

Explain Selvig walking towards a computer terminal, as he began to check up on the energy readings.

Hearing Selvig words, Fury turn his attention away from the Tesseract to Dr Selvig, " That can be harmful. " Said Fury in a low voice looking at Doctor Selvig. Recall the green raging giant in his files.

" Where's agent Barton?" Asked Fury, changing the subject.

" The Hawk? Up in his nest as usual. " Answered Selvig to Fury's question, looking up towards the ceiling railings.

Up high on a lage overlooking the room. Was a Blonde hair man with bright blue eyes setting up top support railing. " Agent Barton report. " Fury his voice coming from the man's earpiece.

Who immediately calmed down to the ground floor. Barton met up with Fury who began berating him. " I gave you this detaile so that you could keep an close eye on things. "

" I see things better from a distance. " Replied Barton back to Fury. As the two walked towards the Tesseract, before stopping right next to it.

" Have you seen anything that might set this thing off?" Questioned Fury at Barton who kept his eyes on the Tesseract.

" Doctor its spiking again. " Said a woman in a lab coat.

" No one's come or gone and Selvig clean. No contacts no I.M. If there any tempering.. Sir it wasn't from this side if something set this thing off. " Explained Barton.

"..."

Hearing Barton words Fury stared at Barton seriously with his single eye. " At this end?" Questioned Fury, his mind now racing on the possibility of potential an extraterrestrial threat.

Barton looked away from the Tesseract and at Fury serious expression, before turning his attention back at the Tesseract. While answering Fury question. " Yeah the cube is a doorway to space right? Doors open from both sides. "

DR. SELVIG typing away on the keyboard and sees on the monitoring, his worst nightmares becoming true. Suddenly- the Tesseract THUNDERS and SHAKES the entire facility.

Big enough where both Agents Hill and Coulson could feel it on they're different ends of the facility. The flaring rings and glow of the cube spout out brighter and louder, like a boiling pot of water.

The Tesseract's energybuilds up into a BEAM much like the Bifrost Bridge, which hits at the end of a platform that is wired to the CMS device. The great maelstrom beam FIRES the TESSERACT energy. The beam the starts forming a VORTEX, which then opens up a portal.

A BLACK HOLE IS CREATED. From the portal, the blackness of SPACE, beautiful and mysterious, strewn with a billion stars appears and a GUST of BLUE ENERGY CLOUDS fill the room, blindin everyone.

The Tesseract's energy forms into a cloud that reaches to the top the facility's vacuum chamber ceiling. It's abnormally quiet. Then... HEAVY BREATHING is heard from the platform that now had smoke.

SHIELD GUARDS slowly approach, weapons in hands. A figure is kneeling on the platform, smoke coming off it. It's LOKI. Smiling in his mischievous manner, he raises his head. The smile dies down. He looks deep into the eye of Fury, Barton and Selvig. As he began standing up, holding the scepter.

"Sir, please put down the spear!" Fury yelled looking at Loki who suddenly appeared. Loki looks at his spear then suddenly points it at where Fury and Barton are standing and Shoots out blue bouts of blue energy beams towards the two.

Barton reacting quickly tackles Fury and they both barely miss getting hit. Loki's fired more shots. All hell breaking loose at this moment. Machine gun fire is shot at Loki, but the bullets bounce off him like a boss, having no affects on him. Loki jumps high from the platform and attacking those firing at him.

In the blink of an eye, Loki takes down several guards with his knvies and energy blasts from the scepter. Finally he stops to look around at who will attack him next. Honestly, the whole lab has almost

gone to shit.

Barton tries to stand up. But, like a ghost Loki quickly walks towards him. Barton raises his gun, only for Loki to grab Barton's hand, holding the gun.

"You have heart." Loki said, pointing the head of his spear at Barton's chest. Barton's eyes suddenly glowing black. The ability to control Barton's mind is now in Loki's hand. Barton puts his piece away and stands straight.

As Loki was busy using his abilities to control the minds of several S.H.I.E.L.D. personnel, Fury takes the time to grab the Tesseract, placing it back into its case lightly burning his fingers in the process, and tries to leave the lab.Then...

"Please don't. I still need that." Loki spoke, looking at Fury who had his back turned to leave.

Turning around Fury looked at Loki before speaking, "This doesn't have to get any messier." Trying to defuse the situation, Loki on the other looked at Fury with a hint of amusement in his eyes.

"Of course it does. I've come too far for anything else. I am Loki of Asgard, and I am burdened with glorious purpose." Loki said, his words firm.

"Loki? Brother of Thor?" Selvig questioned, recalling Thor, as he stood up from the ground. Were one of his colleagues led injured on the ground. Looking at Loki, who also looked back at him.

Fury decided to try once more to resolve this situation peaceful, spoke, "We have no quarrel with your people." Fury, gesturing with his hand, while secretly taking a few steps back.

"An ant has no quarrel with a boot." Loki Replied looking at Fury, "You planning to step on us?" Fury asked, halting his steps, as he watched Loki walking towards, Selvig direction.

" I come with glad tidings, of a world made free." Loki said, spreading his arms wide, as Fury and Selvig watch on. "Free from what?" Fury couldn't help but, ask.

"Freedom? Freedom is life's great lie. Once you accept that, in your heart..." Like a gunslinger, Loki turns to face Selvig who's standing behind him and places his spear against Selvig's heart. Selvig's eyes glow black.

"You will know peace " Loki continued as he looked deeply, in Selvig eyes that finally went back to their normal color.

"Yeah, you say peace, I kind of think you mean the other thing." Fury replied, as he watched this scene unfold once again.

From the vacuum chamber ceiling, Tesseract's energy cloud rapidly builds into what may be an implosion.

Clint who had remained silent all this time finally spoke. "Sir, Director Fury is stalling. This place is about to blow. Dropping a hundredfeet of rock on us. He means to bury us."

"Like The Pharaohs of Old." Fury said, with a smirk, as he watched Clint walked to stand besides Loki.

"He's right. The portal is collapsing in on itself. You got maybe two minutes before this goes critical." Selvig added, from the computer monitor.

"Well, then..." Loki, looking at Barton, who doesn't even hesitate, shoot Fury on the chest, who falls to the ground. Barton walks pass Fury's body laying on the ground and grabs the case containing the Tesseract.

And leaves the lab with Loki, Selvig and the other S.H.I.E.L.D personnel Loki is controlling.

INT. P.E.G.A.S.U.S BUNKER, ENTRANCE OF EXITING TUNNEL � NIGHT

Loki, Barton, Selvig and the other S.H.I.E.L.D personnel are now in the parking lot of the facility, quickly gathering certain weapons. Agent Hill watches in confusion, referring to Loki.

Clint pointing to the Loki team need these vehicle.

"Who's that?" Questioned Hill, as looked at Loki who on sat in the back of the SUV.

"He didn't tell me." Clint responded, paying more attention to his team as they preparing to leave. Only briefly glances at Hill standing in front of him. Hill found this whole thing strange, especially Clint lack of attention to her.

Agent Hill looks suspiciously at them as they get into the truck and turns to leave, as she's walking away...

Fury back in the Tesseract test room finally gets up, as he reaches into his leather jacket where he was shot. Clint could have shot him directly in the head but, didn't meaning that apart of him was still in there. Thought Fury to himself before taking out the walkie talkie.

"Hill, do you copy?!" Fury call through the walkie talkie.

Loki and Barton sharply look at Agent Hill. At the loading area.

BACK AT THE LAB

Fury sitting up, pulling out the bullet, breathing heavily.

As he spoke through the walkie talkie "Barton is..."

INT. P.E.G.A.S.U.S BUNKER � NIGHT

Suddenly, Hill turns to shoot at Barton, but Barton is already pointing his gun at her and starts shooting, Hill quickly takes cover at the attack.

Barton moves into the driver's seat of the truck and drives off, as Hill keeps shooting at the truck.

BACK AT THE LAB

Fury is holding his side, running. As he spoke into the talkie. "He's got the Tesseract! Track it down!"

The energy inside the testing room is really brewing a shit storm from the vacuum chamber ceiling.

INT. P.E.G.A.S.U.S BUNKER/TUNNEL � NIGHT

Agent Hill slips into a Jeep and follows after Barton's truck. Loki's trucks screeching across the tunnel. Several SHIELD trucks pull up to them.

A drive-by shooting ensues. Loki, who stands on top of the bed of the truck, uses his septer and emits energy blasts, flipping over SHIELD trucks.

They get in, the cars roar out after them. Agent Hill put herself at a distance.

INT. FACILITY FLOOR � NIGHT

Fury races out of the hallway, avoiding falling pipes. The entire facility is now in a full earthquake.

INT. FACILITY FLOOR, ELSEWHERE � CONTINUOUS

Agent Coulson and several SHIELD agents fall down the steps, dropping silver cases of weapons. They attempt to grab them, but...

"No! Leave it!" Coulson says, as they run out of there.

INT. P.E.G.A.S.U.S TUNNEL � NIGHT

Agent Hill's Jeep roars a sides of Barton's truck and pulls up alongside them on the left. She goes way ahead and pulls her brake, swerving into a 360, facing Barton's truck an driving in reverse.

Barton's arms reach out the open window and opens fire. Agent Hill figures `screw it' and shoots her windshield opening fire on Barton.

EXT. VAN � NIGHT

Agent Coulson jumps into a SHIELD VAN. On his walkie,"You're clear, sir! You need to go!"

EXT. HELICOPTER PAD � CONTINUOUS

Fury BOLTS out of the facility and jumps into a helicopter. The surface of the pad giving way, plunging the helicopter through

the surface. But Fury's chopper barely makes it out.

INT. P.E.G.A.S.U.S TUNNEL � NIGHT

Still in a chase and drive-by sequence, Barton's pushes the pedal harder, which causes Agent Hill's JEEP to wobble out and put, her back behind.

INT. RADIATION FACILITY, VACUUM CHAMBER � NIGHT

The Tesseract's energy cloud now shrinks into a small ball of white light. Then...

A cloud of blue light consumes the entire facility and parts of the desert. Fury watches from above, a rapid build-up into what may be an implosion. Several miles away, Agent Coulson's van feels a jolt, of the Tesseract's blastwave.

The entire facility swallows into itself -- a terrifying, unimaginable implosion occurs.

INT. P.E.G.A.S.U.S TUNNEL � NIGHT

The blastwave of the Tesseract causes the tunnel to cave in. Like an ocean wave, blinding crumbles of falling rock, fall onto Agent Hill's Jeep, leaving her nearly trapped under this blanket of rock.

On the other side Barton's truck, escapes the tunnel and drive into the desert landscape. Not long after leaving the tunnel, Fury's helicopter roars over Barton's truck. Loki looks up.

From the chopper's door, it slides open and Fury stands there, holding a missile launcher, shoots at Barton's. Barton is barely able to skillfully evade the missile.

Loki looks at Fury and in a fit of rage, after the attack pointing his scepter fires out a blue light. Hitting the chopper which catches on fire, and beings going down spinning in a fiery blaze.

Fury, like the boss he is, jumps out and touches down onto the desert floor. The chopper barrels along the ground.

Fury, coming back to his senses, fires at Loki, but they're too far. Loki looks back, smiling. As Fury stands there, mind reeling. Then...

(WALKIE TALKIE)

" Director? Director Fury, do you copy?" Coulson voice came through the walkie talkie. Grabbing the talkie Fury spoke through the walkie. "The Tesseract is with hostile forces. I have men down. Hill?"

INT. P.E.G.A.S.U.S TUNNEL � NIGHT

Agent Hill climbs out her jeep, which is sandwiched in, but luckily, not her.

"A lot of men still under, don't know how many survivors." Hill spoke through the walkie.

EXT. DESERT � NIGHT Fury

"Sound the general call. I want every living soul not working rescue looking for that brief case."

AGENT MARIA HILL

(WALKIE TALKIE)

"Roger that."

" Coulson, get back to base. This is a

LEVEL SEVEN. As of right now, we are at war." Fury spoke, in a heavy tone.

(WALKIE TALKIE)

" What do we do?" Coulson couldn't help but, ask in this situation.

Fury stands there. Thinking. He looks up. On his face is sign of hope on his face..
