there's more than one kind of inteligence, if we think in a rpg like stats perspective lex is a more focused in some stats making him look more inteligent, while bruce have a well distribuition of them but with a higher total stats. if lex have some insanaly high stats in some points and above average in the rest, bruce have all of his in very good
