If he were to max out this stat(or whatever speed is under) wouldn’t he become Sans but unable to lose stamina? If I was ever in this situation I know what I’d be going for. This and ho regen are the only things needed if you can damage someone based on their sins/max hp percentage.

But Mephistopheles isn’t really a fighter, he’s a deal maker, so while he is weaker than Dormammu, he is by no means easy to beat, especially if he uses his deals and favors gained throughout the years to his advantage.
