Sylvanas is just fine, being dead doesn't necesarrily mean you lose all your senses (tactile, taste buds, etc.). You can travel the whole Azeroth , since you're pretty much immortal. Heck, you can even go steal frostmourne and do a arthas 2.0 but smarter. Ah, and infinite power growth. Not to mention the fact that having a cheat , may loosen the restrictions.
