Yes and no. Yes 'Shae' The blue haired rabbit cannot see Lucian in her visions. Which will be explained later why. And no, Shae is not in love with 'Hajime' the white-haired man and also did not see him in her vison. Which I had hinted at in the previous chapter when she call's out only for Yue instead of both Hajime and Yue. Her power gives her visions so that she can see paths of possible futures based on the many choices of her current situation. So that means when she used that power, the future was already changed so that Hajime would never be in that situation.
