I think it would be considered lvl5 due to its size, abilities and its regeneration, though it might be at the pinnacle of lvl 5 maybe just lvl 6

not curtsies around this time period they were still stuck between a verbal greeting and the man kissing the back of the hand while gently holding the palm, though that last bit is if they're trying to woo them, however if not it would be gently holding the fingers with a light shake
