Read books
im done, I just can't read this anymore. it had sooooooo much potential to be a good book, but no one would be that stupid or naive. not only did he not use his stats he for the second time wasted them. the story is just to unbelievable to stay interested.
he lives in a technological advanced world and doesn't know how stats work........... he put his first 2 stats into perception which he didn't. eed at all at the moment and nit strength....... why? seriously why? He has been beaten to the point of near death for years and could barley finish the exercises and he was just like oh well I'll just put these 2 points Into the Stat I don't understand, even though I literally just ready a very clear straight forward description, and not into the one thing I need right now........
it's a great concept and honestly my only complaint is the main characters attitude. I'm all for low profile but he doesn't do anything. he keeps talking about living but all he really does is exist. He just sits by and watches others get abused, it's hard to support and enjoy a book when the MC is a waste of space and an asshole who doesn't even try to enjoy life.
at first I really liked it however lately I've been noticing a trend on this sites books. all the MC's either become arrogant assholes or even start out that way. im not saying I like an over bearing nice guy but it's really hard to enjoy a book when the main character is more of a douchebag than the people he fights or is ridiculously petty and greedy. Especially when they are committing the same acts against others that was done to them. Just makes me immediately delete the book and lose Interest.
it's a good book but the repetitive information is annoying. I. almost every chapter you see his status information which takes up a large chunk of the reading and writing and you have his abilities explained again. some explanation helps move the story along but it makes it boring when it'd the same info over and over again. also I appreciate it's being translated but the translation is very rough.
I agree, it's hard to get behind him with his attitude. Plus I just feel like he isn't really using his minions well, he hasnt even tried to make a magic user, no arrow users, or spear users. But the thing that is really making me lose I terest is the dialogue. everytime she says okiee it just makes me cringe.
ok I'm gonna sound petty here, the only reason I stopped reading this book and didn't give it 4-5 stars is because the character says "yosh" I literally cringe anytime someone uses that word in a book. that or they try to say the growl or roar of an animal Instead of describing it. it just immediately makes me think I'm reading a book for a child.
it starts off really great, a few plot holes but not big or bad, but tha. later on they start happe ing more and more, like how he is supposedly as powerful as a high level knight ut he has to poison people to win a fight eve. though he is also highly trained in a lost sword art but can't take on two low level guards because it's not worth his tike to rescue some slaves even though tactically speaking it would be better to have multiple people running in different directions to give a false trail.... just kinda lost me. Story feels forced.
it has a lot of potential but to be honest I lost all Interest. The character simply doesn't make any sense, no one would be that stupid especially after already gaining experience and def not a gamer.
ok this doesn't make any sense. first off he's a gamer, he would never be stupid e ought to cast a firewall anywhere but on or between him and his enemy, second why would he look for a makeshift weapon. and not cast a spell at the enemy, and third in the dungeon his firewall was too hot to get close too so why would he be able to now? I really do like the book. but it's inconsistencies like these that kinda ruin the flow. I'm not expecting him to be perfect but it should make more sense. no one would be that stupid or panicked after the dungeon experience, especially a gamer.
ok so I like the concept, writing seems pretty good so far. My only complaint is that yet again in a system novel the MC is hiding his ability for no real reason. it's a world that looks for and protects its saviors so if he told the old man about his ability to level up he would stop at nothing to help him do so.
it's a very good book however the main character just doesnt add up, don't get me wrong I really enjoy the book. however the character being so numb and distant just doesn't make any sense at all. I get he has been in the wilderness alone but he spent over 20 years prior surrounded by people, a lot of people if he fought professionally. people like that are in no way distant and reclusive, I can understand eing a smart ass or having a rough sense of humor but honestly the way he acts and behaves is kinda ruining the story in my opinion.
that's the most ignorant reply I've ever read. what the he'll does him having the same name as me have to do with anything? If we the readers don't post our thoughts on the books than how is the author supposed to grow and improve? as for enjoying it, if I had enjoyed it I would have said so and kept reading the book.
i paid atleast $40 in the beginning to buy all the upcoming chapters so if its free now than thats news to me and i need to contact support because i know i paid. Plus i have e efy right to critique a book im reading. im the reader so yes yes i can complain and give a bad review or complain about lack of content.
over half the page was just error messages, i love this book but hate when the writer does this. i have no problem paying for content but everytime i read a chapter like this thats just filler and no content i lose interest and want to stop reading.
i really like the book but there are just to many instances where im lkke no one is that dense, the train ride and everyone just accepting he could read body language as if thats a thing. the fa t that he would trust his life with people that stupud, and the fact that he couldnt come up with a betterstiry or that he even cares. He is already showing multiple skills and the reason given why thats an issue just doesnt make any sense. He wants money and his current skills would rank him as a C class or higher yet he hasnt gine to get reevaluated. once again i think the book has alot of potential but just to many plot holes and unbelievable situatioms for me to keep reading.
