But the MC was barely in the form for a short while, and usually Ben when he transforms into a new takes a while to get used to the forms. So maybe by the next chapter we might see him use his power as a Raichu.

You could also do Katekyo Hitman Reborn? From what I remember the mafia side was extremely varied in strength but anyone with sufficient will could become strong with the Dying Will flames. In the early days it seems to low leveled but quickly ramps up to the point that the lucky ones that get into a familia that focus on the DWF like Vongola can get much stronger.
