Haha Emotions and Shang. Emotions. Shang. Ahhh that’s funny. The other characters definitely have complex emotions that are done really well…and Shang is something else entirely. He’s one of the most emotionless MC’s ever. Definite Spoiler after this (you’ve been warned) I imagine that Shang’s own emotional suppression for thousands of years will eventually cause a massive emotional rise within him which will be interesting. I think most people like me sticking with the story absolutely love it and are just eagerly awaiting some more of Shang’s character development. Love the story so far, I just found it ironic that Shang’s emotionless and you focus on writing emotions. I see this with the other characters 100% but shang as the MC makes this super ironic

I read the first full half/main arc. It was really good. Stopped there tho bc I read it too quickly and got burnt out.
