If you’re looking for an MC who is an assassin, this novel is not for you….. I hate it when Authors call the MC an assassin, always says the MC trained to be an assassin all his life but then after all that, the MC never behaves like an actual assassin in the story. All the forced plots and cliches. I’m out.

I’m at chapter 24….. If you like all the CN cliches, this novel is for you because it has it all. The author made sure not to skip any. Honestly, all that is left to complete it is for a heaven defying beauty to appear. I tried my best to like the novel but all the multiple cliche’s and multiple face slapping kept putting me off.

It’s not fixed. I’m in chapter 223 and the issue is still very much present.

I’m writing a review at chapter 223. The idea of the story is very interesting and generally, the story has a great setting. World building and character development of “key” characters are great so far. I also like the fact that MC is not a simp and actually has the ability to reject a request from a “beauty”. The aspect that destroys this novel though is the repetitive chapters. Scattered all through the novel are chapters repeated like 3-4 times just to increase chapter count. I previously saw a review were someone pointed it out and author promised to rectify the issue so I decided to read on. I’m here to tell you that nothing has improved, it actually got worse. I also came to look for the review wherein the author promised to rectify this issue but guess what? The author not only didn’t rectify it but also deleted that review that mentioned this issue. To the authors defense(kinda) he starts putting “DO NOT BUY” on repeated chapters but that actually makes it worse because now it shows that it’s intentional just to increase chapter count. If you’re not ready to release a new chapter why re-release a chapter 3-4 more times just for chapter count and to keep up with the algorithm? This is very annoying for the readers and honestly with the direction it’s heading people will loose interest. I guess this is the reason why the author deletes reviews that point this out. He deletes so new readers would read then find out themselves get tired and drop and the cycle keeps repeating itself and author makes money from the amount 100-200+ chapters you read before dropping. Author you really need to do better. Either you rectify the issue or don’t repost chapters as new chapters for chapter count.

This is the worst editing so far. Addressing Jiang Yi as Jiang Shan and also addressing the second heaven as the fourth. Author you need to proof read your chapters throughly before posting it.

With his talent he can get said support anywhere but if she can make “friends” with him now and establish a strong relationship, it would benefit her more and she can get powerful cards etc at a much cheaper rate or free. Moreover she can have someone who might be crazy strong in the future. All this is just cringy and forced. Someone offered you a spa session and in return you offered to create a card for her???? And suddenly after how many hours? Your already very close friends????

If she gets revived with him, I’d immediately drop the novel.

Bro she betrayed him end of. Firstly, she cheated on him with the crown prince and also set him up. What was she thinking the crown prince would do to the guy who is fvk*ng the guy he’s with/seeing most especially in their world. With the crown prince’s character, was she thinking he’d give the guy flowers? Absolutely not.

This is just a very stupid excuse by the author so the little sister can continue pushing around a brain dead stupid mc. You do know that’s your LITTLE sister? You can easily collect the knife and smack her out of it and if she fights back you overpower her and if you get hurt you beat her up and/or call the police. Also, your room also has a door and lock no? After smacking her so she knows she can’t do as she pleases you literally lock your door and if she comes you’d know. This is why I literally hate CN, all MC’s are scared of their waifu or “little sister” and also does their bidding no matter how ridiculous it is when you can easily say no and they can do nothing about it because you’re literally stronger than them .
