Oof, it's the cliché spoiled Boy-Who-Lived trope huh, can't say I enjoy it much but it is what it is.
It's not racism, it doesn't have anything to do with race, it's prejudice. Besides I don't think it has anything to do with him being a Slytherin, at least not a whole lot, they're probably just jealous he is better than them at magic, which is no big deal, most kids get jealous of other kids that are better at them in something, I was pretty jealous of one my classmates when I was kid, because he could run track faster than me, it's pretty normal. I just realized I wrote a whole essay as a reply, my bad, feel free to clown on me for it mate.
More of a Lovecraft one, but yea
n The World's Fastest Indian, Anthony Hopkins plays the true story of New Zealander Burt Munro, a man who never let the dreams of youth fade. After a lifetime perfecting his classic 1920 Indian motorcycle, Munro sets off from New Zealand to test his bike at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.
Why are you generalizing people so much? I have seen a lot of authors getting good ideas and being active in asking for criticism from their readers, I'm not sure about this author in particular, but even if he for some reason didn't want people to criticize and/or give their opinions about his/her work, they could just not read the thread comments, because you do realize this why you can comment in the first place right? It has nothing to do with seeking attention, at least with most people, humans just like being vocal about stuff, and as long as those things are not actively detrimental to other people, then who tf cares, just let people live their lives, mf's out here getting offended by dumbest stuff imaginable.
It's been a year, not sure why you felt the need to respond to this. But to answer your gif, some authors appreciate when readers state their reason for leaving, gives them a better understanding on why some people might dislike their work, and I also just wanted to comment my opinion, because why wouldn't I?
How does he have a beard? Isn't he barely a teenager?
Yeah, because being known in America is the number one reason on how people choose their names, if it's of any comfort I have never met a person named Bob here either.
I'm not sure tbh, I'm currently reading another author that's posting a fanfic about the Waifu Catalogue and so far it's one of the best I've seen, if you'd like you can check it out, here it is: Rapturous Rhapsody by ReadingDangerously.
