Totally realistic in Indian subcontinent.. Even if my papa didn't write any will before my uncles and others would throw us out of the home after my papa died. Now my sister amd her husband wanted to take away our home too Even said my mom to write will to give her all land to our name. When i heard it i said no. Because she made home on the land of my mom forcefully and saying everyone my mom do not have any land to stay. So she is staying on her home. The property greed is normal in Indian subcontinent be it uncle, sister or brother .
The background of the female protagonist has been criticized from the very beginning to the end. Many people said that the background (her family being forced by relatives to surrender their house) was unrealistic, disgusting, and painted the protagonist as too repressed and weak. I have been reading all the comments but never changed the character setting or made alterations.
