That's right, I plan to get OFA from All Might, I always see author's and MC's letting Midoriya receive OFA but only training him from an early age to make him master OFA quicker. If the mc is going to Tavel the multiverse their is no point in having a quirk with 7 possibly 8 spirit inside watching and judging especially if your going to worldâs like aot or akame ga kill. Also the reason I think it would be better for midoriya to have it is so he can protect the world from evil, while your out traveling like if new villains pop out
