the 3 tier 8 demons were in the third strata just fine. a tier 9 could absolutely stay on the 4th the only reason Anthony can't stay on the 3rd or even the 2nd during a wave is because of the call. a tier 9 would be absolutely fine on the 4th stratum.

Well they don't seem to care much about it tbh. that one priest POV we keep getting seemed to think it was a great idea and this is like the heart of human territory which is exactly where what has so far only been shown as a human religion would be and with minimal ant presence and the legion near by this would be an almost perfect moment to kidnap a few ants with only 10k around 1 hundred disappearing would mean 1% of them.

he's probably evolving to tier 8 or 9. it took several weeks for him to evolve to tier 7 so it might take years to get to tier 8 or 9 maybe decades.
