Ok, I will certainly add some futuristic items in the later parts after I am mostly done with the foundation of the book. I will also read that and see what I can learn from that book.

The first idea, I am probably going to start using to a certain extent but I don't want the main character to be interacting too much with the other characters and powers in the world unless its a major thing so while I will definitely use this, maybe not too much. Also for your 2nd idea, Just to make sure do you mean that people should be able to trade with the system itself instead of just with the items put in by the MC and the MC can get a portion of the trades?

So the thing is, Dan doesn't know that Lily still likes him. He still believes that Lily doesn't like him and Lily doesn't know that Dan's status is a lot higher now compared to when she was forced to leave him. Basically, this is playing out because they don't have enough understanding about the other party.

Yes, definitely I have just gotten the main idea of what I am going to do for the chapter onwards and the main MC definitely won't be forgotten.
