That would indeed improve his technique, but it still wouldn't be on the level of Luffy's simply because of his rubber properties, and there is nothing Diddy can do about that.

I've never said they've fallen in love; they're more along the lines of friends with benefits, well, at least that's how Scar views their relationship.
