I'm not sure what tools the author has to check views and if there are ways to drill down and see views per chapter. So I'm not sure how to go about calculating how much you would be making.

Quality of living would probably be the first thing I would try figuring out in this situation. If you can make income off writing novels and enjoy doing it then why not but if you're pretty new to writing I would try finding a job and treat this as more of a hobby/side job. However, I'm not sure what your situation is and how urgently you need income so you'll probably need to make a self assessment and not ask people with no clue to your situation as to what you need to do.

I'm not sure what you mean by result but I've enjoyed what's been written so far. There's probably a reason you started writing this and I feel like it would be a shame to end it so early.

Is the pyramid scheme Su Wens idea to scam all their money? That must be what the million tals was for.

There will always be something the readers might not like but it's better than nothing so they have no right to complain about your work. Most of the time I dislike the endings of certain novels and fanfic but it's always 1000x better than the novels left unfinished. As long as you're happy with the story and it's progression don't worry about us readers.
