I tend to agree. I'm 6 feet tall, most men in my family are anywhere from 6'4" to 6'7". My dad was about 7'2" before he had to get a vertebrae in his neck removed and some height reduction surgeries done too (he has giantism and his heart was having trouble since he's closing in on 50). I've been surrounded by people above 6 feet tall my whole life and it's only strange when you see a big group of people that tall out at a store or something.

don't know if the story is progressed past the point where the author would be able to use this or if they even plan to, but electrical activity in the brain does not stop for around 5 minutes after death. scientists believe that the electrical signals in our brain and our memory are connected.

I find it interesting how they're villainizing a man who simply wants his son to be a good man. A better man than himself. Give the man a break- his sweet baby boy just suddenly turned into a sadistic bloodthirsty maniac. No father could experience that and not see how easy their son might become a true monster- and the more darkness that father has survived, the stronger their initial reaction will be. Despite Draven being shocked and his own fears about what it would mean, he still did his best to show his son that he still loves him and won't reject him over this side of him. A father will always see the shadow of who their child could turn into be it good or bad, and it is our job as a father to guide our child to be the best version of themselves. A good man will always do his best to guide their child away from the desire to harm others- and especially from enjoying causing others harm. No father wants to see their child lose themselves to the darkest parts of our nature as human beings. Yet his worry is met with anger and he isn't even allowed to confide in the one person he should be able to tell anything. He tries to confide in his wife about his worries, and his cofusion- but instead of comfort and clarity he was attacked for being a good man and trying to be a good father. Aria's side of things makes it clear that she despises anybody who has morals and sticks to them. The venomous way her dialogue is written anytime she mentions somebody being heroic, and especially her disdain for Draven trying to be a good man and think beyond his own scars to consider what would be best for his children... I would not want somebody with that ideology to be near my own son. No responsible parent should. From this interaction with Aria, we can already tell that she would never have allowed Draven to finish talking about what he was thinking before she jumped to a conclusion about his intentions. It's clear that her own hatred and trauma stop her from ever considering a future where her children could be happier in a more prosperous area with access to more luxuries simply because she cannot see past her own hatred of that environment.

I grew up in the poorest parts of towns that I lived in, and basically everybody I knew was black we were always the only white family up till I was about 13. I was 12 when some old white lady heard me talking to one of my friends and got offended. That was when I learned white folks wasn't supposed to say that word. Up until then literally nobody had ever told me not to say that, or got offended by me saying it.

if he were to cut the hide into mini strips that would go across his body and then sew them together he could actually make an articulated curis that would give good defense while not taking much from his ability to move. another good option would be an aketon- a type of cloth breastplate made by gluing many layers of cloth together. Aketon were worn in ancient Greece by the hoplite or hoplon (can't remember which was the name for the troop and which was the name for the shield that they took their name from) troops and others in both Sparta and Athens, just to name two well-known examples.

Why not just call it a BB gun? Even the ones that use .22cal or 9mm steel or leaf pellets are still called BB guns or pellet rifles. But if you needed a way to specify spring or gas operated you could just say CO2 rifle. Most folks ain't gonna have a clue what pneumatic means let alone what a pneumatic rifle might be.

TLDR: People with dyslexia, and some with autism and ASDs, also do this naturally. While you can train yourself to visualize like that, it is by no means required or only something you can do with training. People with dyslexia have the issues they do with letters and numbers specifically because our brains perceive everything in 3D. It's why we so easily mix up p d b and q. They are all the same thing to us, and while some (like me) are lucky and our brains learn to tell the difference we still think in 3D. People with autism and ASDs also sometimes experience this. They however have the added burden of dual feedback (not sure if that's the actual name) that makes sound have color or weight, textures have color or temperature, colors have tastes or scents. The combinations are immense and it's so easy to overwhelm them because of this. That being said, I've also known plenty of neurotypicals who easily visualize in 3D. They didn't train for it, they just have to actively do it rather than that being their default.

Timberwolves, at least in my area are generally various shades of browns and earthy reds. Shades of grey are also fairly common. Rarely are they predominantly black though they will fairly often have some lesser black markings. During winter when you see them most of them are shades of Gray varying into off-white.
