I mean, couldn't he just make a technique himself if this one is limiting him so much? I mean, someone had to invent these techniques at some point, so it's obviously possible.
Even after trying for one full hour, Kent's combat improvement is not that great. Without a skill book, he can't freely manipulate his aura. It's like a scholar who doesn't know the language to speak.
