I don't like protagonists that are too timid to act on their desires after all. In regards to romance? Relationships and character dynamics are a focus of the novel, but outside of some necessary relationships for the sake of his schemes, true romance probably won't align with his goals. Also a correction for weekly chaps: It be 3 chaps/week now - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Will increase in the future.

ay no problem, I know the feeling. But as long as you keep up, I'm sure you'll be rewarded for your efforts. And worst case scenario you have something to look back on, a tangible read that you can remind yourself that you wrote, in the future. Even if it doesn't pick up, just remember whether you like it or not, the difference in whether you're hoping to make this a profession, or if it's just a hobby. Either way, you're selling it to an audience, but an audience will always be there for it, MTl exists after all. But your story's better than that. It's just a matter of quelling the darker thoughts and pushing onwards to a brighter day. At the very least if you write once per week, eventually it may pay off. I've found novels struggle in the first phase, and only after getting around 100 chapters do people finally decide to give it a chance at all. People are gluttenous for binge reading after all. Fair enough, I'm still on the fence about it myself. Kinda may have perfered if Warlock of Magus World had more focus on some relationships, but Reverend Insanity was certainly better without it since it still focused on characters enough. But as I'm finding out, perhaps the villain demographic may be better recieved if there was no romance. For now the idea remains, but it's a vacent option to be thought of in the future. I'll have to come back by the end of volume 1 and confirm whether I've decided to add it or not. There shouldn't be much of it until then though

I like it, more psychopaths are good for the world. But honestly, there are a few sentences structured a little weirdly, though nothing a quick little edit can't solve. Do hope you keep it up, novel definitely has potential. I'm only a dozen or so in, so it's too soon to tell if you can make us care for the side characters in the warm scenes you've proclaimed. We’ll just have to see if he plays off anyone appropriately, so it depends how it goes. Harem? No, but the protagonist MAY sleep around. There are intimate scenes on a few occasions, though are never the highlight or span for long. There are villain and anti-hero tags, because I'm honestly unsure which side he's on, since as it stands perceptions can go either way as he trails a fine line between both. Judge for yourself what you think in the comments below. Cause he doesn't really care how innocents are affected, and doesn't show any guilt to using and abusing others. Bully mentality, but that’s kind of the point, as he came full circle. He’s also a cold personality that rarely warms up to others. So as of this moment, plans for volume 1 isn’t to develop his character, rather to establish it. Oh and beware of cringe. Depth will be revealed about our edgy MC in the future. My guy, why hasn't it been working?

So I wish to create a novel with a darker MC, whether villanish or anti-heroish remains to be seen. But as I am a new writer, having never written a book before, I can’t promise the peak of my writing in the early chapters, yet I hope to improve as the novel furthers. And as a side note, I average around 3k words per chapter, which means you're getting an experience that's twice the size for most novels, for each chapter. Now, as is customary here on webnovel, I’ll be leaving a 5 star review. A shameless one, oh my, I know, I said the word.

Ay I'm a little unsure about it since I worry I won't implement it properly as a newer writer. That being said, I definitely am interested in adding it in the future, but it depends if the MC will end up actually having good chemistry with anyone, and won't shape his ideals as a result
