is the author dragging this out since he is worried for the chunin exam arc. he has made hiruzen too powerful in this fanfic. although we saw his skills were so weak compare to orochimaru Ninjutsu in their fight. well it is going to be a challenge. Also why is the pace of the story so slow now. for 3 chapters now we have been hearing his inner monologue that he is going to put attention to this or that nothing entertaining. if you're going to put out filler chapters at least put out 4 or 5 so that the reader can get some enjoyment that day.
