Tony Stark (Bruce Wayne) was raised by the family friend Jarvis (Alfred the butler) after his parent's death. Jarvis (an ex Marine) trains Tony in hand-to-hand and teaches him survival skills. Tony was asked to kill a man as part of the final test, so he destroyed the base and left the man he believed to be Ra's al Ghul to die then saved Ducard, his teacher while in the League.
