yeah, Harrion was in his early twenties, while Ned when died where about 36/37, now logically speaking when Ned was eleven, Harrion was not even born.

The Skrull were an intergalactic empire before the Kree, infact they were responsible for the creation of the Kree Empire, as they enslaved them like they enslaved countless other plants, just like they tried to do on Earth, by they were defeated and were hunted like the rabid dogs they are, so no, Skrull are not innocent, and any fools who help them, will only risk their planet, just like Carol Danvers and Nick Fury did on Earth.
The Kree empire just finished a war against the Skrulls as well. They even got into some trouble for trying to commit genocide. The Galactic Republic came down on them pretty hard, but still, they decided to go and start another war with the Nova Empire after digesting all of the Skrulls land, erasing their nation completely. - BarbaryLion2313dCommented
