yeah, I agree with that. Even a lot of anbu cannot do anything to Obito. If everything gone worst, MC and Naruto will be kidnapped and sent to Kamui dimension. And there's no way Minato as 4th hokage will bring a child in the secret place that need protected by anbu and himself to keep Kushina when she gives birth Naruto. But, his spirit that want to save his parent is understanable.
Another strategy involved focusing on my personal growth and development. wish that Izumi become heroine.my suggest plot: Nine Tails attack will happen like canon. And a moment before Naruto's birth, Kaito will stay in uchiha clan with Itachi because Kushina entrust Kaito to Mikoto. The next is like canon, and a little change that Kaito is the one who save Izumi.Also set Kushina to survive. In the canon, it noticable that Kushina is not immadiately die or at least faint after Kurama is taken of from her.So there's a possibility for her to be alive as long as not being stabbed and get a treatment after that. For Minato, make him to do similar things like canon to split and seal Kurama to himself and Naruto.

I think that Uzumaki more better.If you read about Minato one-shot, it's clearly that Minato learn a lot of jutsu of Uzumaki Clan from Kushina.So, it's more acceptable to take Uzumaki's name since it's their inheritance.
