I’d say that since the Great Mother literally controls the forces of femininity in the universe; this effect also remains through the Boons.

The Indefinable Mist is not necessarily related to the Mirror World. In fact, there’s another explanation. We know that the Tamara Family has control over the Justiciar Pathway. The collaboration between the Demonesses and the Tamara Family must be why this Boon Recipient is in the Mirror World.

Ince Zangwill switched over to the Sleepless Pathway from the Death Pathway, and this changed his Mythical Creature Form to have traits of both. A strange monster with eight legs and white feathers, looking somewhat like a spider or a deformed feathered wolf.

And the Night and Black Emperor were drawn to the traces of the Nation of Disorder.
