I was previously just a mundane adult working so he could live. Not exactly the healthiest outlook about my previous life but it is true. Now knowing how it means to feel I can see how suffocating that apathy was. I don't begrudge my previous self for that. That was just the hand he was dealt. Just as I don't outright criticize Snape's decisions. Snape was just an abused boy looking for any scrap of power he could gather. He let his hate for his father dye the rest of the mundane world in the same vein. Even if the only thing he'd ever cared about was part of that world he still allowed himself to hate it. Thats the point. I am not saying to have him just copy the moves, he'll never be able to copy like Johan or Daniel, im saying to feed the Al data so it can help him improve on them and create his own style of fighting. Thats where his strength lay, not copying but the Ai's calculation power.
