No not at all. America is fked… in more ways than one… an example would be that America is trillions of dollars in debt. And that’s just one issue of way too many. It’s not just America though… all political methods are flawed because it takes decades to centuries to continuously perfect it.
He understood the necessity of establishing an unprecedented political system in the ninja world. While his previous world may have had a perfect system, adapting it to the ninja world was crucial.
